Packages and Features for Condominium and Coop Websites

Communipages offers our customers three standard packages as well as customized and custom-designed sites.  The features included in the packages are listed and detailed in the table below.

 

The Bronze package is designed and available for smaller communities who want a basic web-presence, but do not hold many Board and social group meetings and thus do not require frequent updates.  Includes informational pages, forms and use of the maintenance system.

 

The Silver package is designed for the most common communities, who have a moderate level of changes to be made to the site.  Monthly updates are provided for the information on the site.  Includes the items in the Bronze package, plus a secure budget and financials section, units for sale page, surveys and more.

 

The Gold package is aimed at communities that want a little more.  Includes all the features in the Silver package plus a reservations system for community assets (meeting/clubhouse rooms, health club equipment, etc.), a forum and more.

Custom-designed sites that may include Macromedia Flash® elements, multi-media, on-line payments and other items are available. Our limits are your creativity.  Pricing will depend on the nature of the customization. Please inquire for more details.
