Message from the Board of Trustees - July 2006

The Board hopes you are enjoying a safe summer and wants to remind you of some rules about Radford Woods.

Fireworks of any kind are prohibited on any part of Radford Woods property.  They are a sizable safety hazard to life and property.  In addition, they are illegal to possess in the state of New Jersey.  Anyone caught using fireworks on Association property will be fined and reported to the police.

Please make sure you and your guests park in authorized spots only.  The Association will be making random patrols and having illegally parked cars towed at owner expense.

Also, please take care to secure your trash and recycling.  With the recent windstorms, we have had an issue with trash and recycling items littering the community.

Finally, the Board would like to encourage any resident, owner or prospective owner who has a question or concern to contact our management company or any Board member.
